摘要
紫薯花青素作为一种重要的天然色素,其很多的活性功能逐渐被人们所重视。为了快速大规模制备紫薯花青素,以紫薯浸提液为原料,选用10种不同类型的大孔吸附树脂对其进行吸附解析,以树脂对紫薯花青素静态吸附的吸附率、解析率、载量和使用次数为指标,筛选出适合紫薯花青素分离纯化的树脂。D101型、AB-8型大孔树脂对紫薯花青素的吸附率分别为91.72%,94.60%;解析率分别为91.38%,87.32%;载量分别为7,9 BV。结果表明,D101型、AB-8型大孔树脂对紫薯花青素有较强的吸附能力和较好解析性能,适合紫薯花青素分离和纯化的树脂;NKA-9型、NKA-II型、RAW01型、RAW16型、RAW19(H)型、RAW(92)型、RAS07型、RAS80型8种大孔吸附树脂不适合紫薯花青素的吸附提取。
As an important natural pigment,anthocyanin of purple sweet potato has been paid more and more attention for its many active functions.In order to rapidly prepare anthocyanins from purple sweet potato,10 different types of macroporous adsorption resins were used for adsorption and desorption of anthocyanins from purple sweet potato extract.The resin suitable for separation and purification of anthocyanins from purple sweet potato was selected based on the adsorption rate,resolution rate,load and times of use of static adsorption of anthocyanins from purple sweet potato.The adsorption rates of anthocyanins of D101 and AB-8 were 91.72%and 94.60%,respectively.The desorption rates were 91.38%and 87.32%.Capacity 7,9 BV.The results showed that D101 and AB-8 macroporous resins had strong adsorption capacity and good desorption performance for purple potato anthocyanins,and were suitable for the separation and purification of purple potato anthocyanins.Nka-9,NKA-II,RAW01,RAW16,RAW19(H),RAW(92),RAS07,RAS80 were not suitable for anthocyanin extraction from purple sweet potato.
