摘要
[目的/意义]开放学术服务能够为高等院校的科学研究和人才培养提供必要的支持。加拿大高校图书馆在开放学术服务方面起步较早,建设相对完善。调研总结其实际经验,有助于我国高校图书馆的开放学术服务的建设发展。[方法/过程]文章从开放获取与学术出版、开放教育资源和研究数据管理三个方面对加拿大研究型图书馆的开放学术服务情况进行详细的网络调研,并调研我国“双一流”高校图书馆的开放学术服务的建设现状,进行总结分析。[结果/结论]借鉴加拿大的实践经验,得出我国“双一流”高校图书馆开放学术服务的启示和建议包括:注重开放学术服务的集成一体化,完善开放获取与学术出版服务,拓展开放教育资源服务内容,加快研究数据管理从理论走向实践的进程。
[Purpose/significance]Open scholarship services can provide necessary support for scientific research and talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Canadian university libraries started early in the open scholarship services,and the construction is relatively perfect.Investigating and summarizing their practical experience is helpful to the construction and development of open scholarship services of University Libraries in China.[Method/process]This paper makes a detailed network survey on the construction of open scholarship services in Canadian research libraries from three aspects:open access and scholarly publishing,open educational resources and research data management,it also investigates and analyzes the current situation of the construction of open scholarship services of“double first-class”University Libraries in China.[Result/conclusion]Based on the practical experience of Canada,this paper obtains the enlightenment and suggestions on the open scholarship services of“double first-class”University Libraries in China,including:paying attention to the integration of open scholarship services;improve open access and scholarly publishing services;expand the service content of open education resources;speed up the research data management from theory to practice.
