静电纺PVP/Mg(OH)_(2)阻燃纳米纤维材料的制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation of electrospun PVP/Mg(OH)_(2) flame retardant nanofiber material and its performance

摘要 通过添加阻燃剂纳米氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)_(2)]来提高聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)材料的阻燃性能,添加硬脂酸钠并对纺丝液进行超声分散来改善纳米Mg(OH)_(2)的团聚现象,并提高其分散性。以PVP为原料,以水和乙醇为溶剂,添加Mg(OH)_(2)阻燃剂与硬脂酸钠,然后采用静电纺制备PVP/Mg(OH)_(2)纤维膜。结果表明,当硬脂酸钠用量占Mg(OH)_(2)质量的5%,超声分散处理30 min时,纳米级Mg(OH)_(2)的分散效果最好,制得的纤维表面形态光滑匀整,且PVP/Mg(OH)_(2)纤维膜的阻燃性能得到提高。 The flame retardancy of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)materials is improved by adding flame retardant nano-magnesium hydroxide[Mg(OH)_(2)],and the agglomeration of nano Mg(OH)_(2)and its dispersion are improved by adding sodium stearate and ultrasonic dispersion of the spinning solution.PVP/Mg(OH)_(2)fiber membrane is prepared by electrospinning with PVP as raw material,water and ethanol as solvents,Mg(OH)_(2)flame retardant and sodium stearate as additives.The results indicate that when the amount of sodium stearate accounts for 5%of the mass of Mg(OH)_(2)and the ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 30 min,the dispersion effect of nano-Mg(OH)_(2)is the best,the surface of the fiber obtained is smooth and uniform,and the flame retardancy of PVP/Mg(OH)_(2)fiber membrane is improved.
