木棉花红色素提取及在亚麻面料染色功能设计中的应用

Extraction of red pigment from kapok and its application in linen dyeing

摘要 为了拓展木棉花红色素在纺织染整领域中的应用,以38%盐酸-95%乙醇混合液作为提取液,研究提取液中盐酸含量、提取液浓度和提取时间对木棉花红色素吸光度的影响,并在此条件下配制木棉花红色素染液,分别采用直接染色和预媒染色对亚麻织物进行染整处理。试验结果表明:较佳的提取工艺为盐酸体积分数0.5%、浴比1∶8、温度45℃、提取时间4 h;亚麻织物直接上染木棉花红色素后,其K/S值较小且色牢度较低;采用硫酸铜、氯化铁和硫酸铝钾对亚麻织物进行预处理,再上染木棉花红色素可明显提高织物的染色效果;亚麻染色织物还展示出了不同程度的抗菌、抗氧化和防紫外功能。 In order to expand the application of kapok red pigment in textile dyeing and finishing,using hydrochloric acid(38wt%)-ethanol(95wt%)mixture as the extraction solution,the optimum extraction process is obtained by examining the effects of hydrochloric acid content,extraction concentration and extraction time on absorbance of kapok red pigment.Under this condition,kapok red pigment solution is prepared,and the linen fabric is dyed by direct dyeing and mordant dyeing respectively.The results show that the optimum extraction process is extraction at 45℃for 4 h with hydrochloric acid volume fraction 0.5%and bath ratio 1∶8.The K/S value and fastness of the linen dyeings with direct dyeing is lower.The dyeing effect of linen mordant dyeing with copper sulfate,ferric chloride and aluminum-potassium sulfate can be improved obviously.In addition,the linen dyeings with kapok red pigment also show definite antibacterial,antioxidant and anti-UV functions.
