摘要
探讨了利用对甲苯磺酸钠掺杂微晶纤维素与吡咯复合凝胶对棉织物进行整理,改善棉织物的导电性能。测试结果表明,棉织物表面出现结块现象,说明复合凝胶在一定程度上起到了增塑作用,使织物断裂强力增加,断裂伸长率、折皱回复角下降。选择0.8 mol/L的对甲苯磺酸钠整理棉织物,其导电性能改善效果较好,且在空气中导电性稳定,但应合理控制使用环境温度。
The conductive property of cotton fabric is studied by using composite gel with sodium toluene sulfonate doped microcrystalline cellulose and pyrrole.The testes results show that p-toluenesulfonic sodium could agglomerate on the surface of cotton fabrics,which leads to a plasticizing effect to a certain extent,resulting in increased breaking strength and decreased elongation at break and wrinkle recovery angle of finished fabrics.After finishing cotton fabric with 0.8 mol/L p-toluenesulfonic sodium,the conductivity is improved with a good stability in air,but the ambient temperature should be reasonably controlled.
