摘要
目前,我国有2500多所地方高校,这些高校主要以服务区域经济社会发展为目标,为所在地培养高素质人才。很多地方高校历史悠久、办学水平较高、专业特色鲜明,但受限于区位、资源和人才吸引力等要素的影响,这些高校主办的期刊在国际影响力、出版能力、学术水平上与国内、国际一流高校还存在一定差距。如何充分发挥期刊作为学科建设与学术成果转化平台的作用,助力地方高校学科发展与服务地方能力,稳步提升期刊的办刊质量和影响力是地方高校期刊必须要解决的核心问题。本文本拟《赤峰学院学报》为例,对地方高校期刊内容质量、编辑质量、出版质量为核心的期刊质量体系架构,地方高校期刊发展面临的困难与机遇进行初步探讨,以期为地方高校期刊的高质量发展提供借鉴。
At present,there are more than 2500 local colleges and universities in China.These colleges and universities mainly aim to serve the regional economic and social development and cultivate high-quality talents for their localities.Many of them have a long history,a high level of education and distinctive professional characteristics.However,due to the influence of factors such as location,resources and talent attraction,the journals sponsored by these universities still have a certain gap with domestic and international first-class universities in terms of international influence,publishing ability and academic level.How to give full play to the role of journals as a platform for Discipline Construction and academic achievement transformation,help local universities develop disciplines and serve local capabilities,and steadily improve the quality and influence of journals is the core problem that local university journals must solve.Taking the Journal of Chifeng University as an example,the paper makes a preliminary discussion on the journal quality system framework with the content quality,editing quality and publishing quality as the core,and the difficulties and opportunities faced by the development of local university journals,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of local university journals.
