摘要 中国特色教师教育的发展模式正在从传统专门化模式向现代专业化模式转型、从数量发展向质量发展转型。新型教师教育体系的建立是中国特色教师教育高质量发展的制度逻辑。中国特色教师教育高质量发展不仅是教师教育机构的高质量发展,而且是教师教育对象的高质量发展。中国特色教师教育高质量发展要充分发挥师范院校的主体作用、高水平综合大学参与教师教育的引领作用、教师专业发展机构的纽带作用,以及中小学教育基地的实践作用。 The development mode of teacher education with Chinese characteristics is undergoing the transformation from traditional specialization mode to modern specialization mode,and is at the stage of the transformation from quantity development to quality development.The establishment of the new system of teacher education is the consequence of the system logic of the high-quality development of teacher education with Chinese characteristics.The high-quality development of teacher education with Chinese characteristics is not only the manifestation of high-quality development of teacher education institutions,but also the manifestation of the high-quality development of the training object of teacher education.To develop teacher education with Chinese characteristics,we should give full play to the main role of normal colleges and universities,high-level comprehensive universities in teacher education,the bridging role of professional development institutions for teachers and the practical function of primary and secondary education base.
