摘要
目的:研究自拟消肿散结汤辅助治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2019年9月1日-2020年10月2日于福建省漳浦县妇幼保健院治疗的非哺乳期乳腺炎患者80例,按掷硬币法分为对照组(40例)及观察组(40例)。对照组行传统西药治疗,观察组行自拟消肿散结汤辅助治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、免疫功能、炎症因子、复发率及不良反应的情况。结果:治疗2周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、总补体、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8及C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组无严重不良反应发生。结论:对非哺乳期乳腺炎患者应用自拟消肿散结汤辅助治疗效果较好,可显著改善患者的免疫功能及炎症反应,且复发率较低。
Objective:To study the efficacy of the Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction(消肿散结汤)on non lactating mastitis and its effect on immune function.Methods:A total of 80 patients with non lactating mastitis treated from September 1,2019 to October 2,2020 were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)by coin tossing.The control group was treated with traditional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,immune function,inflammatory factors,recurrence rate and cases of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),total complement,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction in the adjuvant treatment of non lactating mastitis patients shows a good effect,which can significantly improve the immune function and inflammatory response,and the recurrence rate is low.
