正极铅膏与板栅质量比对阀控式铅酸动力电池性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 正极板作为阀控式铅酸蓄电池的主要组成部分之一,对电池性能具有十分显著的影响。笔者研究了电动自行车用阀控式铅酸电池的两种正极用板栅与铅膏的质量比(用符号ζ表示)对电池性能的影响。随着板栅质量由21 g降至17 g,实验电池的内阻增加约12%,但12 V 20 Ah电池初期性能(容量、低温容量、大电流放电)无显著差异。另外,如果控制板栅质量不变,当正极板的ζ由4.18增至4.29时,冲网板栅实验电池的循环寿命增加了7%,但当ζ继续增加至4.47后电池寿命反而降低了5%。 As one of the main components of the valve-regulated lead-acid battery,the positive plate has a significant influence on the battery performance.In this paper,the influence of the mass ratio of grid to lead paste(denoted by symbolζ)on the performance of the valve-regulated lead-acid battery for electric bicycle was studied.The internal resistance of the battery increased by about 12%with the mass of the grid decreasing from 21 g to 17 g,but the initial performance(capacity,low temperature capacity,high current discharge)of the 12 V 20 Ah battery with the gravity casting grid had no significant difference.In addition,if the mass of grid is unchanged,the cycle life of the battery with the punched grid increases by 7%when theζof the positive plate increases from 4.18 to 4.29,but the battery life decreases by 5%when theζcontinues to increase to 4.47.
