摘要
抚顺东露天矿为深凹型露天矿,主要开采油页岩矿石,随着采矿重心的逐年下降,受采场渗透水增多、多条断层破碎带等因素影响,油页岩富矿湿、碎、尾矿率高的问题严重,对富矿回采率造成一定影响。结合抚顺东露天矿开采现状,为了改善供应页岩质量,提高富矿回采率,通过采取建立富矿顶板输排水系统、优化爆破设计及调整富矿底板采掘方式等技术手段,有效提高了油页岩富矿回采率,保证了供应油页岩质量。
Fushun East Open-pit Mine is a deep concave open-pit mine,which mainly mines oil shale ore.With the decline of mining core year by year,affected by the increase of stope seepage water and multiple fault fracture zones,the problems of wet and broken oil shale rich ore and high tailings rate are serious,which has a certain impact on the recovery rate of rich ore.Combined with the current situation,in order to improve the quality of supplied shale and improve the recovery rate of rich ore,we effectively improve the recovery rate of rich ore in oil shale and ensure the quality of supplied oil shale by adopting technical means such as establishing the water transmission and drainage system of rich ore roof,optimizing blasting design and adjusting the mining mode of rich ore floor.
