减振镗杆系统非线性动态特性与吸振能量研究 被引量:1

摘要 内置式减振镗杆系统的振动与噪声一直是国内外研究的热点问题。为研究减振镗杆系统非线性振动与内部减振块吸振能量变化特性,引入考虑镗杆内部阻尼液和橡胶圈耦合作用的非线性阻尼和时变刚度,建立两自由度减振镗杆系统非线性动力学模型;基于减振块与镗杆杆体之间的相对运动分析,构建减振块吸振能量模型。研究减振块质量和外激励频率对系统动力学响应以及减振块最大吸振能量的影响特性,探讨非线性振动特征如分岔、准周期运动和混沌等与吸振能量变化之间的内在规律。考虑减振块质量与外激励频率关联作用或匹配关系的影响,分析参数平面上系统非线性动力学行为和减振块最大吸振能量的分布特性,研究结果可为减振镗杆系统结构优化设计和动态性能改善提供科学依据。 The vibration and noise of the built-in damping boring bar system is a hot topic in domestic and international research.In this paper,the nonlinear dynamics of damping boring bar system and the variation characteristics of vibration absorption energy of the internal damping block are studied.The nonlinear damping and time-varying stiffness considering the coupling effect of damping fluid and rubber ring in the boring bar are introduced,and a 2-DOF nonlinear dynamic model of the damping boring bar system is proposed.Based on the analysis of the relative motion between the damping block and the boring bar body,the vibration energy-absorbing model of the damping block is constructed.The effects of damper mass and external excitation frequency on both dynamic response of the system and maximum vibration absorption energy of the damping block are studied.The inherent laws between nonlinear vibration natures,such as bifurcation,quasi-periodic motion and chaos,and the change of vibration absorption energy are discussed.Considering the influence of the correlation or matching characteristics between the mass of the damping block and the external excitation frequency,the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the system and the distribution characteristics of the maximum vibration absorption energy of the damping block in a two-parameter plane are analyzed.The research results provide a scientific basis for structural optimization design and dynamic performance improvement of damping boring bar systems.
