水轮发电机气密封油挡装置运行特点研究 被引量:2

摘要 受摩擦作用影响,在水轮发电机推力轴承表面将产生大量的摩擦热,摩擦热将油槽中润滑油温度升高,随机组转动油槽中将产生大量油雾。为防止油雾溢出,通常在油槽中选用带有气密封功能的油挡装置。本文仿真分析了“三爪两腔”结构的气密封油挡装置运行特点,证实其在防治油雾溢出方面十分有效,并结合试验对气密封油挡装置的设计参数进行验证,试验表明气密封油挡装置鼓风压力设定值应比油槽内压力波动绝对值大300Pa以上,最后通过某水电站的应用案例对研究的气密封油挡装置适用性进行说明。 In a hydrogenerator,it generates a large amount of friction heat on the surface of thrust bearing.The friction heat can make the oil temperature rise and may generate a large amount of oil mist.In order to prevent oil leakage,it trends to use an air seal oil baffle device in a hydrogenenrator.In this paper,we take analysis on the operation characteristics of air seal oil baffle device with“three claws and two cavities”structure and verify it by the test.It shows that the set value of the air blast pressure of the gas seal oil baffle device should be more than 300 Pa higher than the absolute value of the pressure fluctuation in the oil tank.Finally,the applicability of the air seal oil baffle device is further explained through the application case of a hydropower station.
