摘要
目的 探讨不同切口白内障超声乳化吸除术治疗2型糖尿病白内障的效果。方法 400例(628眼)行白内障超声乳化吸除术治疗2型糖尿病白内障患者分为观察组(角巩膜缘切口)和对照组(上方透明角膜切口),比较两组的治疗效果和并发症。结果 术后1 d、 7 d、 30 d,观察组的角膜知觉水平、 SIt值、 BUT值均高于对照组(P <0.05);术后1 d、 7 d,观察组的干眼症状评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 角巩膜切口白内障超声乳化吸除术治疗2型糖尿病白内障患者可减轻对泪液分泌的影响,维持泪膜的稳定。
Objective To explore the effects of different incision phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract of diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 400 patients(628 eyes) with T2DM cataract who were treated with phacoemulsification were divided into the observation group(corneoscleral rim incision) and the control group(upper transparent corneal incision).The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 d,7 d and 30 d after surgery,the corneal perception levels,SIt values and BUT values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusions Corneoscleral rim incision phacoemulsification in the treatment of patients with T2DM cataract can reduce the impact on tear secretion and maintain the stability of tear film.
