摘要
目的:了解甘肃省居民对肺癌防治知识的认知情况,为肿瘤防治健康宣教活动的开展提供科学依据。方法:在全省范围内采用PPS(probability proportional to size)法随机抽取8个县(区),每个县(区)抽取3个乡镇(街道)开展肺癌防治知识知晓情况问卷调查,调查后进行相关健康教育,再对其进行随访调查,分析宣教干预前后肺癌防治知识知晓率的变化以及肺癌防治知识知晓率的影响因素。结果:宣教前后肺癌防治知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),宣教后肺癌防治知识知晓率比宣教前高21.4%;有序Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、职业是影响肺癌防治知识知晓率的因素。结论:甘肃省居民对于肺癌防治知识的认知情况经健康宣教后明显提升。应根据我省地域特点、采取多种群众喜闻乐见的形式,普及癌症相关知识,尤其加强医疗机构、社区向居民提供癌症防治宣传教育,不断提高广大居民群众的肺癌防治知识水平和能力。
Objective:To investigate the lung cancer prevention and treatment knowledge in Gansu residents,and provide scientific evidence for the education on tumor prevention and treatment.Methods:Eight counties(or districts)in the province were randomly selected by probability proportional to size(PPS)sampling,and three towns(or streets)were selected from each county(or district)to conduct questionnaire survey on the knowledge of lung cancer prevention and treatment.Health education was then conducted before the second round of survey.Finally,changes in residents’lung cancer prevention and treatment knowledge before and after health education and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:Respondents’knowledge on lung cancer prevention and treatment significantly varied before and after health education(P<0.05).The awareness rate of lung cancer prevention and treatment knowledge increased by 21.4%after health education.Results of ordered logistic regression showed that age,education and occupation were the factors affecting the awareness rate of lung cancer prevention and treatment knowledge.Conclusion:Gansu residents’awareness of the knowledge on lung cancer prevention and treatment has increased obviously after health education.We should popularize the knowledge on lung cancer prevention and treatment according to the local condition of Gansu province.Medical institutions and communities should be the main power in health education,so as to improve people’s knowledge about lung cancer prevention and treatment.
