摘要
介绍了过程决策程序图法(PDPC)的特点,在南海东部地震资料处理项目中,运用PDPC法对项目运行中的问题和目标进行拆解,对拆解后的每个环节采用寻找最优化解的思维方式进行管理,从而确保各个环节都能得到全面质量控制和监督。通过及时发现问题和解决问题,使得项目运行中的每个节点都是最优的方案和路径,最终提高地震资料处理的效果,进而促进了区域地质研究和油藏评价。PDPC法在LF项目中的成功应用,证实了这种方法的科学性和可推广价值。
The characteristics of process decision procedure chart(PDPC) method are introduced. In the seismic data processing project in the east of the South China Sea, the problems and objectives in the project operation are disassembled using the PDPC method, and the thinking mode of finding the most optimal solution of each link after disassembly is used in the management of the link, so as to ensure that the quality of all links can be fully controlled and supervised, find and solve problems in time, which makes every node in the project operation to be the optimal scheme and path, and finally improves the effect of seismic data processing, thus promoting regional geological research and reservoir evaluation. The successful application of PDPC method in this project confirms the scientificity and popularization value of this method.
