微小精密零件光学测量及反求设计

Optical Measurement and Reverse Design of Small Precision Parts

摘要 微小精密的零件因易变形、形状特殊和难装夹等特点,不宜用接触法测量,采用光学测量可减少量具和夹具夹紧引起的变形误差和热膨胀误差。利用光学测量CAD软件的输出功能,可以实现零件的二维CAD制图和三维CAD模型构建,实现由实物到模型的反求设计,为零件的仿制和改型设计提供可行方法。 Small and precision parts are often characterized by easy to deformation, special shape, difficult to clamp and other characteristics, which should not be measured by contact method.Optical measurement can reduce the deformation error and thermal expansion error caused by measuring tools and fixtures.With the CAD output function of optical measurement and CAD software, 2-dimensional CAD drawing and 3-dimensional CAD model construction of parts are achieved, the reverse design from physical part to model is realised, and feasible methods for the imitation and modification design of parts is provided.
