基于Plant Simulation的发动机主轴智能锻造生产车间设计及仿真优化 被引量:7

Design and simulation optimization on intelligent forging production workshop for engine main shaft based on Plant Simulation

摘要 随着智能化的发展,当前智能车间的改造与实施已经成为制造业推动智能制造转型的重要途径。为了探索智能化车间对提高航空发动机主轴锻造生产水平的益处,以某型号航空发动机低压涡轮轴为对象,研究主轴自由锻过程中的工艺,设计发动机主轴智能锻造生产车间。基于Plant Simulation构建锻造设备布局模型,对车间的生产情况进行仿真分析,优化生产系统的瓶颈和节拍干涉。根据仿真优化的有效性,对现有产线进行智能化升级,使得工艺等待时间降低了30%,生产效率提高了20%,锻件合格率提高了15%。 With the development of intelligence,the transformation and implementation of current intelligence workshops has become an important way for the manufacturing industry to promote the transformation of intelligence manufacturing.In order to explore the benefits of intelligent workshop for improving the forging production level of aero-engine main shaft,for the low-pressure turbine shaft of an aero-engine,the process of main shaft free forging was studied,and the intelligent forging production workshop of engine main shaft was designed.Then,the forging equipment layout model was built based on Plant Simulation,and the production situation of the workshop was simulated and analyzed to optimize the bottleneck and beat interference of the production system.Furthermore,according to the effectiveness of simulation optimization,the existing production line was intelligently upgraded.The results show that the process waiting time is reduced by 30%,the production efficiency is improved by 20%,and the qualification rate of forgings is increased by 15%.
