脊柱损伤康复评估中CT及磁共振检查的应用与效果评价 被引量:1

Application and Effect Evaluation of CT and MRI in the Rehabilitation of Spinal Injury

摘要 目的评价脊柱损伤康复期间行CT、磁共振(MRI)检查的价值,为脊柱损伤患者康复恢复检查工作提供参考。方法选择我院骨科2018年1月至2019年2月收治的脊柱损伤患者,总计120例,在术后半年行影像学检查评估康复情况,结合影像学检查方法进行分组,即CT组、MRI组。对比CT组与MRI组脊柱损伤患者影像学表现以及脊髓损伤、软组织损伤、神经根损伤、前后纵韧带康复情况。结果CT组患者骨折线愈合显像清晰、椎体、椎弓骨折线愈合显像以及特殊部位骨折、单纯无变形椎体裂纹骨折、显示椎弓骨折线、椎体、骨折片移位情况均明显优于MRI组患者。另外,在韧带损伤、脊髓损伤、神经根损伤、软组织损伤、前后纵韧带恢复检出方面,MRI组明显优于CT组,P<0.05。结论针对脊柱损伤治疗后康复效果的评价行CT以及MRI检查均有相应的优势,需联合应用可提高康复效果评价的准确性,为脊柱损伤的后续治疗提供有价值的参考依据。 Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MRI in the rehabilitation of spinal injury,and to provide reference for the rehabilitation of spinal injury patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with spinal injury who were admitted to our orthopaedic department from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into CT group and MRI group according to their rehabilitation in half a year.The imaging manifestations,spinal cord injury,soft tissue injury,nerve root injury and rehabilitation of anterior and posterior longitudinal ligament were compared between CT group and MRI group.Results The CT group was superior to the MRI group in fracture line union imaging,vertebral body,vertebral arch fracture line union imaging,fracture in special position,fracture without deformation,fracture line,vertebral body and fracture piece displacement.In addition,in terms of ligament injury,spinal cord injury,nerve root injury,soft tissue injury and anterior and posterior longitudinal ligament recovery,MRI group was significantly better than CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion CT and MRI examination have corresponding advantages in the rehabilitation effect after the treatment of spinal injury,which need to be combined to improve the accuracy of the evaluation of rehabilitation effect and provide valuable reference for the follow-up treatment of spinal injury.
