摘要
高温气冷堆为我国自主研发的第四代核电技术堆型,采用“双堆带一机”的模式,其反应堆厂房屋盖采用钢板混凝土组合结构,属于大跨度屋盖体系,施工采用模块化技术。从钢屋盖的预制、拼装及安装等方面,对屋盖上部钢筋混凝土施工技术进行研究,介绍钢盖板预制及吊装过程中质量及变形控制重难点,总结组合结构混凝土施工注意事项,提出解决问题的具体措施,并对此种组合结构所取得的效益进行分析,同时提出后续优化改进建议,为后续同类结构施工提供参考。
High temperature gas cooled reactor(HTGR)is the fourth-generation nuclear power technology reactor independently developed by China.It adopts the mode of"two reactors with one machine".Its reactor building roof adopts a steel plate concrete composite structure,which belongs to a large-span roof system,and the construction adopts modular technology.From the aspects of prefabrication,assembly and installation of steel roof,this paper studies the construction technology of reinforced concrete in the upper part of the roof,introduces the key and difficult points of quality and deformation control in the process of prefabrication and hoisting of steel cover plate,summarizes the matters needing attention in the concrete construction of composite structure,puts forward specific measures to solve the problems,analyzes the benefits of this composite structure,and while at the same puts forward suggestions for subsequent optimization and improvement,to provide reference for the construction of similar structures in the future.
