摘要
磁性液体是用分散剂包裹纳米磁性颗粒均匀分布在载液中的磁性材料.初始剪应力是磁流体材料在强磁场中长时间静置磁化后表现出的固有材料特性,为探究磁流体初始剪应力与温度的关系,用新型磁性液体粘度测试装置对二脂基铁氧磁流体材料的初始剪应力τ_(γ→0)随温度T(-40~40℃)的变化关系曲线进行测定.结果表明:常温和高温时初始剪应力τ_(γ→0)对温度的变化不敏感,温度较低时随温度降低τ_(γ→0)显著增加.给出磁性液体初始剪应力τγ→0的测试方法及在磁场中长时间静置磁化后初始剪应力τ_(γ→0)与温度T关系曲线,构造了相应的数学模型.
Magnetic fluid is a kind of magnetic material that nano magnetic particles are wrapped with dispersant and evenly distributed in the carrier liquid. Initial shear stress is the inherent material characteristic of magnetic fluid material after standing magnetization for a long time in a strong magnetic field. This paper explored the relationship between the initial shear stress and the temperature about magnetic fluid. The initial shear stress τ_(γ→0)of diester-oil based ferrite magnetic fluid materials was measured by a new magnetic fluid viscosity measuring device in different temperature T(-40-40 ℃). The results show that the variation about magnetic fluid’s initial shear viscosity τ_(γ→0)does not change a lot at room temperature and high temperature.This paper provides a method about how to measure the initial shear stress after long-time static magnetization in the magnetic field τ_(γ→0)and temperature T,and constructs the corresponding mathematical model.
