摘要
基于高速互补双极工艺,设计了一种频率可调的振荡器,输出信号为一组差分正弦波,信号的频率可通过外接电容进行调节。该振荡器内部包含基准电路、多谐振荡器、负幅度跟随器、正弦波转换电路等单元。基准电路为多谐振荡器模块提供稳定的电源,有利于提高振荡频率的精度、降低电源电压对输出正弦波的影响。仿真结果表明:两个通道的输出信号为差分正弦波,改变外接电容的大小可得到输出正弦波的频率为20 Hz~20 kHz。流片测试结果表明:外接电容值一定时,与仿真结果相比的平均误差为8.145%,分析认为该误差是由于工艺偏差引起的。
Based on high-speed complementary bipolar technology,a frequency adjustable oscillator with differential sinusoidal wave output was designed.The frequency of the signal could be precisely controlled by an external capacitor.The oscillator was composed of a reference circuit,a multi-vibrator,a negative amplitude follower,and a sinusoidal wave converter,etc.The reference circuit provided a stable input voltage for the multi-vibrator,which improved the precision of oscillation frequency and reduced the influence of power supply voltage on the output signals.Simulation and results show that the oscillator outputs a pair of differential sinusoidal wave signals,and the frequency of the signals can be set from 20 Hz to 20 kHz by varying the external capacitor.At a specific test frequency,error of external capacitor can exist compared to simulation.The average error is 8.145%,which may be caused by process deviation.
