雾霾、碳排放与经济增长的脱钩协同关系研究 被引量:8

Research on the Decoupling and Synergistic Relationship Between Haze,Carbon Emissions and Economic Growth

摘要 基于Tapio系数对雾霾、碳排放与经济增长之间的脱钩关系进行测度分析,利用LMDI模型对两种脱钩进行因素分解,并构建空间杜宾模型实证检验雾霾脱钩与碳排放脱钩之间的协同关系与各因素的协同程度大小,在此基础上分区域进行地区异质性分析。结果表明:碳排放脱钩努力对雾霾脱钩存在显著负向影响,说明协同效应的存在;碳排放脱钩努力不仅对本地的雾霾脱钩产生影响,还会影响其邻近地区的雾霾脱钩程度;异质性分析结果进一步表明碳排放脱钩努力对雾霾脱钩的影响在东中部地区表现为负,在西部地区表现为正。 Based on the Tapio coefficient,this paper analyzes the decoupling relationship between haze,carbon emission and economic growth,then the LMDI model is used to decompose the two decoupling factors,and the spatial Durbin model is constructed to empirically test the synergy between haze decoupling and carbon emission decoupling and the degree of synergy of each factor.On this basis,it carries out regional heterogeneity analysis in different regions.Results show that:carbon emission decoupling efforts have a significant negative effect on haze decoupling,indicating the existence of synergistic effect.The Carbon emission decoupling efforts not only affect the local haze decoupling,but also affect the degree of haze decoupling in its neighboring areas.The heterogeneity analysis results further show that the impact of carbon emission decoupling efforts on haze decoupling is negative in the eastern and central regions and positive in the western regions.
