换流变阀侧套管振动台试验支架优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 套管的振动台试验是研究套管抗震性能的有力手段,试验支架对套管的地震响应评估有着重要影响。为更准确地通过振动台试验评估某换流变阀侧套管的抗震性能,建立该套管的Abaqus有限元模型,并根据厂家所推荐的原始试验支架建立套管—支架体系,并研究其动力特性、支架加速度放大系数以及对振动台产生的倾覆力矩。考虑试验前的支架改造工作便利性提出了3种优化方案,并分别对比套管—支架体系的动力特性以及地震响应峰值,综合考虑多方因素确定了最优改造方案。结果表明:原试验支架1阶频率为54.16 Hz,满足相关规范对试验支架的统一规定,对所提出的3种优化方案,分别从动力特性、支架加速度放大系数以及倾覆力矩进行对比,综合考虑三者确定了改进支架的最优方案是在连接套筒段的斜板和竖板之间增加若干支撑。对于在高地震强度下进行的换流变阀侧套管振动台试验,支架设计应当考虑多方因素以保证既能准确评估套管抗震性能,又能满足振动台的安全要求。 The shaking table test of bushing is a powerful means to study the seismic performance of the bushing,and the test support has an important influence on the seismic response assessment of the bushing.For assessing more accurately the seismic performance of the valve⁃side bushing of converter transformer by the shaking table test,the Abaqus finite element model of the bushing is set up,and the bushing⁃support system is set up in accordance with the original test support recommended by the manufacturer.Its dynamic characteristics,the acceleration amplifica⁃tion factor of support and the overturning moment generated to the shaking table are studied.Considering the conve⁃nience of the support modification work before the test,three optimization schemes are proposed,the dynamic char⁃acteristics of bushing⁃support system and its seismic response are compared respectively and the optimal reconstruc⁃tion scheme is determined with comprehensive consideration of multiple factors.The results show that the first⁃order frequency of the original test support is 54.16 Hz,which meets the unified requirements of the relevant specifications for the test support.For the three proposed optimization schemes,the dynamic characteristics,the acceleration amplification factor of support and the overturning moment are compared respectively and,with comprehensive consider⁃ation of the three optimization schemes,the determined optimal scheme of improving the support is to add a number of braces between the inclined plate and vertical plates of the connection socket.For the shaking table test of valve⁃side bushing of the converter under high seismic intensity,multiple factor shall be considered in the the support de⁃sign so to ensure it can not only assess seismic performance of the bushing accurately,but also meet safety require⁃ment of the shaking table.
