摘要
坡地建筑由于所处地形的特点,基坑边坡与挡土墙的处理成为关键,若处理不当将造成土石方工程量大、结构受力不合理、不能满足建筑功能使用要求、造价经济性差等问题。该文对常用的挡墙处理技术进行了总结,并通过具体的工程实例,结合项目实际情况,对比分析了两种挡墙处理方法的不同效果以及各自的优缺点。研究对于坡地建筑如何选择处理方案以解决较大高差地形问题,对项目负责人前期针对此类复杂场地的分析和处理,都具有一定的借鉴意义。
Due to the characteristics of the terrain where the slope building is located,the treatment of foundation pit slope and retaining wall is a key link.If it’s not handled properly,it will cause a large amount of earthwork,unreasonable structural stress,uneconomical costs or inability to meet the functional requirements of the building.In this paper,the commonly used retaining wall treatment technologies were summarized,and through an engineering case,combined with the actual situation of the project,the different effects and the strengths and weaknesses of two retaining wall treatment methods were compared and analyzed.This paper has certain reference significance for how to select a treatment scheme for slope buildings to solve the terrain with large an elevation difference,and for the analysis and treatment scheme of such complex sites by the project leader in the early stage.
