专本贯通人才培养的现状、问题及破解之策 被引量:4

摘要 专本贯通作为国家应用型人才培养的重要渠道,在高考填报志愿时越来越受到社会的认可。虽然已经发展多年,但仍然存在诸多问题,内涵建设依旧在路上。调查了各省、自治区开展专本贯通的情况,得出了专本贯通人才培养的现状,并归纳出专本贯通人才培养存在的问题。青岛理工大学是山东省内开展专本贯通的第二批试点院校,遵循以学生为中心、产出导向、持续改进的育人理念,探索了协同育人模式,并以项目部为平台推动校企合作向纵深发展,建立跟踪反馈、评价改进机制作为持续改进的依据,成立督导组、实施常态化督导作为机制良性运转的保障,为专本贯通人才培养的内涵建设提供破解之策。 As an important channel for cultivating of application talents,which has been more and more recognized by the society when applying for college entrance examination.Although it has developed for many years,there are still many problems and the connotation construction is still on the way.The situation is investigated and the problems existing are summarized of integrated cultivation mode on higher vocational and undergraduate education in all provinces and autonomous regions.As the second batch of pilot institutions in Shandong province,Qingdao university of technology follows the educational philosophy of the student-centered and output oriented,continuous improvement,explores the cooperative education model,and makes the project department as a platform to promote the further development of university-enterprise cooperation and establish tracking feedback mechanism and evaluation improvement mechanism as the basis of continuous improvement,sets up steering group to make sure benign operation of mechanisms.The exploration provide solutions to integrated cultivation mode on higher vocational and undergraduate education.
