基于康普顿背散射检测技术的建筑外墙保温性能优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 传统建筑外墙保温方法忽略了建筑外墙采暖负荷的计算,导致出现保温性能不理想、能量消耗高的问题,为此,提出基于康普顿背散射检测技术的建筑外墙保温性能优化研究。分析康普顿背散射强度和窗宽比对建筑外墙传热系数的影响情况,通过计算建筑外墙传热系数的保温性能限值,建立建筑外墙保温性能优化过程的目标函数,利用建筑外墙保温点的概率分布函数,得到建筑外墙出现保温点热能消耗的关系式,基于建筑外墙保温性能极限值的约束条件,建立建筑外墙保温性能极限值的约束条件,结合建筑外墙温度控制参数的优化函数,优化建筑外墙温度控制参数,通过计算建筑外墙的采暖负荷,构建建筑外墙散热模型,基于太阳光辐射对建筑外墙内部环境的影响关系,建立能量消耗变化值与热阻值之间的关系,通过计算建筑外墙最佳传热系数的优化推荐值,实现建筑外墙保温性能的优化。实验结果表明,所提方法具有更好的保温效果,同时还可以降低能量消耗。 The traditional thermal insulation method of building exterior wall neglects the calculation of heating load of building exterior wall,which leads to the problems of unsatisfactory thermal insulation performance and high energy consumption.Therefore,the optimization research of thermal insulation performance of building exterior wall based on Compton backscattering detection technology is proposed.Analysis of Compton backscatter intensity and the influence of window width ratio on heat transfer coefficient of building external wall,by calculating the heat transfer coefficient of building external wall thermal insulation performance limit,set up in the process of building external wall thermal insulation performance optimization objective function,using the points in the probability distribution function of the heat preservation,the re⁃lation between the acquired by building a wall thermal insulation heat energy consumption,based on the constraint conditions of building exter⁃nal wall thermal insulation performance limit,set up performance limit constraint conditions,the heat preservation function,optimization of building external wall temperature control parameters combining with optimization of building external wall temperature control parameters,through the calculation of heating load of building external wall,construction of building external wall thermal model,Based on the influence of solar radiation on the internal environment of the building exterior wall,the relationship between the change value of energy consumption and the thermal resistance value was established.By calculating the optimal recommended value of the optimal heat transfer coefficient of the building exterior wall,the thermal insulation performance of the building exterior wall was optimized.Experimental results show that the pro⁃posed method has better thermal insulation effect and can reduce energy consumption.
