摘要
脑瘫通常是从受孕开始直至婴儿期因发育缺陷以及非进行性而导致的综合征,临床症状以姿势异常、运动功能障碍为主,部分患儿还伴有癫痫、智力障碍、交流障碍、感知觉障碍、行为异常等,给儿童生长发育以及功能活动造成极大危害。若未能尽早采取有效干预,随着疾病持续加重,可增加终身残疾发生的风险,同时给家庭及社会带来一定负担。临床经研究发现,该病存在病程较长、恢复缓慢等特点,除了常规治疗外,还应采取合理有效的护理措施,有助于促进患儿快速康复,有效改善其生活质量,为预后提供保障。因此,本文展开综述,对脑瘫疾病患儿的护理措施进行分析,为其更快康复提供参考。
Cerebral palsy is usually a syndrome caused by developmental defects and non-progressiveness from conception to infancy.The clinical symptoms are abnormal posture and motor dysfunction.Some children can also be accompanied by epilepsy,intellectual impairment,communication impairment,sensory and perceptual impairment,behavioral abnormalities,etc.,which cause great harm to children’s growth and development and functional activities.If effective intervention is not taken as soon as possible,with the continuous aggravation of the disease,it can increase the risk of lifelong disability and bring a certain burden to the family and society.Clinical studies have found that the disease has the characteristics of long course and slow recovery.In addition to routine treatment,reasonable and effective nursing measures should be taken to promote the rapid recovery of children,effectively improve their quality of life and provide guarantee for the prognosis.Therefore,this paper reviews and analyzes the nursing measures of children with cerebral palsy,so as to provide reference for their faste r rehabilitation.
