摘要
公共交通是事关人民福祉的基本公共服务之一。公共交通服务均等化的实现有助于统筹资源实现城乡一体化,有助于发展公共交通实现交通强国建设,更有助于人民对发展成果有更多获得感、满足感。聚焦公共交通服务均等化法治路径研究,旨在以法治引领实现大数据精细化管理、出行服务高效质优、制度体系完善的以政府主导、企业市场运营、社会资本共同参与的治理路径,加快实现公共交通服务均等化。
Public transport is one of the basic public services related to people's well-being.The realization of equalization of public transportation services is conducive to the integration of urban and rural areas by pooling resources,the development of public transportation and the construction of a transportation power,and more conducive to the people's sense of gain and satisfaction from the achievements of development.Focusing on the study on the rule of law path for equalization of public transportation services,it aims to lead by the rule of law to realize the governance path of fine management of big data,high efficiency and quality of travel services,perfect system and system,which is led by the government,market operation of enterprises and participation of social capital,and accelerate the realization of equalization of public transportation services.
