摘要
通过核磁共振波谱仪和凝胶渗透色谱仪表征聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)的结构,分析PBAT的热性能,探讨PBAT序列结构与其性能之间的关联性;并采用熔融纺丝-拉伸二步法制备PBAT纤维,探讨其可纺性能。结果表明:PBAT共聚酯中脂肪族含量为50.98%,芳香族含量为49.02%,脂肪族链段长度为2.03,芳香族链段长度为1.97,PBAT共聚酯为无规共聚物;PBAT共聚酯的熔点为113.9℃,起始分解温度为358.6℃,玻璃化转变温度为-31.4℃,热稳定性较好;随着拉伸倍数的增加,PBAT纤维的声速取向值和断裂强度上升,断裂伸长率下降,当拉伸倍数为1.8时,PBAT纤维的断裂伸长率、断裂强度、初始模量、声速取向因子分别为24.54%、2.32 cN/dtex、1.32 cN/dtex、0.64。
The structure of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.The thermal properties,mechanical properties and spinning properties of PBAT were analyzed,and the correlation between the sequence structure and properties of PBAT was discussed.PBAT fiber was prepared by melt spinning-drawing two-step process.And the spinnability of the fiber was discussed.The results showed that PBAT copolyester was a random copolymer with an aliphatic content of 50.98%,aromatic content of 49.02%,aliphatic segment length of 2.03 and aromatic segment length of 1.97;the melting point of PBAT copolyester was 113.9℃,the initial decomposition temperature was 358.6℃,the glass transition temperature was-31.4℃,indicating a good thermal stability;the sonic orientation value and breaking strength of PBAT fiber increased and the elongation at break decreased with the increase of draw ratio;and the elongation at break,breaking strength,initial modulus and sonic velocity orientation factor of PBAT fiber were 24.54%,2.32 cN/dtex,1.32 cN/dtex,0.64,respectively,at a draw ratio of 1.8.
