摘要 设计了自行车叉扣座成套塑件的注射模,模具设计了弹簧驱动定模斜抽芯斜推机构用于成型塑件反扣边的先抽芯脱模,设计了3个定模机构用于成型塑件外壁环槽倒扣的先抽芯脱模,设计了10个万能斜推机构用于动模侧塑件内壁倒扣的侧抽芯脱模,这些机构能节省模具结构空间,降低模具制造成本。 The injection mould for a set of fork fastener seat was designed.A spring-driven inclined core pulling mechanism was designed in fixed half of mould for the first core pulling of the re⁃versed edge of the plastic;three first core pulling mechanisms were designed in fixed half of mould for demoulding the ring groove on outer wall of plastic;ten universal inclined ejector mechanisms were designed for the side core pulling of the fastener on the inner wall of the plastic in moving half of mould.It could save mould structure space,and the mould structure was novel.
