摘要
利用装有压力传感器的模具,在注塑机上测试不同材料按不同注射速度和保压压力填充型腔,并使用压力传感器及其数据采集设备收集各个生产周期内的注塑机压力和传感器压力,通过对采集的数据进行分析,发现传感器采集的压力值与注塑机压力值之间的差值与注塑机压力值呈线性相关的规律,并定义其线性斜率为压力损失系数。同时还发现了不同注射阶段的注塑机炮筒内注射压力损失系数的差异,揭示了注塑机炮筒内的注射压力损失规律,对注射成型过程中注射压力的设置具有指导意义。
The mould equipped with pressure sensor was used to test the filling cavity of different materials according to different injection speed and dwell pressure on the injection moulding ma⁃chine.The pressure sensor and its data acquisition equipment were used to collect the injection moulding machine pressure and sensor pressure in each production cycle.Through data mining of the collected data,it was found that the difference value between the pressure collected by sensor and the pressure of injection moulding machine was linearly related to the pressure of injection moulding machine,and its linear slope was defined as the pressure loss coefficient.At the same time,the difference of injection pressure loss coefficient in the injection moulding machine barrel at different injection stages was found,revealing the injection pressure loss law in the injection moulding machine barrel,which had guiding significance for the injection pressure setting in the process of injection moulding.
