摘要
对乳液接枝-本体SAN(苯乙烯、丙烯腈共聚物)掺混法ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)装置聚丁二烯(PB)胶乳生产工艺进行研究,分析一步法工艺、两步法化学附聚工艺、两步法压力附聚工艺的技术特点及在工业装置中的应用概况。在浙江石油化工有限公司新建40万t/a ABS装置中,优化组合设计聚丁二烯胶乳生产工艺,建立了一步法、两步法相结合的工艺流程,实现对聚丁二烯胶乳品质的灵活控制,使ABS树脂产品的性能可以根据市场需求进行调整。
The polybutadiene(PB)latex process of an emulsion graft-bulk SAN(styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer)blending ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer)plant was studied.The technical characteristics and application situation of one-step polymerization process,two-step chemical agglomeration process and two-step pressure polymerization process were analyzed.In the new project of 400 kt/a ABS plant in Zhejiang Petroleum Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the optimal process combining one-step process and two-step process was established.This process could be used to control the quality of polybutadiene latex flexibly,so that the performance of ABS product could be adjusted according to the market demand.
