摘要
在构建城镇化与生态环境综合评价指标体系的基础上,利用耦合协调度模型,定量分析了2004-2018年西北地区城镇化与生态环境耦合协调的时空演变特点。结果表明,西北地区城镇化处于快速发展阶段,其中社会城镇化水平最高且增长幅度最大,而人口城镇化和空间城镇化发展相对滞后,目前仍然处于较低水平;生态环境综合水平呈波动增长态势,虽然生态环境压力在逐年增大但生态环境状态和生态环境响应处于改善中,总体上生态环境在向好发展;城镇化与生态环境耦合协调关系在不断优化升级,经历了基本不协调到基本协调再到良好协调3个主要阶段的变化,其耦合协调类型由城镇化滞后转变为生态环境滞后;各省(区)之间无论在城镇化、生态环境还是两者耦合协调方面差异都较大,应因地制宜制定差别化的区域发展战略。
Based on the construction of a comprehensive evaluation index system for urbanization and eco-environment,using the coupling coordination degree model,the characteristics of the temporal and spatial evolution of the coupling coordination between urbanization and eco-environment in Northwest China from 2004 to 2018 were quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the urbanization in Northwestern China was in a stage of rapid development,with the highest level of social urbanization and the highest growth rate,while the development of population urbanization and spatial urbanization was relatively lagging,and was still at a low level;the overall eco-environment was showing a fluctuating growth trend.Although the pressure on the eco-environment was increasing year by year,the state and response of the eco-environment were improving,and the overall eco-environment was improving;the coupling coordination relationship between urbanization and the eco-environment was continuously optimized and upgraded,and had undergone three major stages of change from basic incoordination to basic coordination and then to good coordination.The type of coupling coordination had changed from under urbanization to eco-environmental lagging;and there were big differences between provinces(regions)in terms of urbanization,eco-environment and their coupling coordination,so differentiated regional development strategies should be formulated according to local conditions.
