摘要 本文利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行了石油焦中钙、铁、钠、镍、钒5种金属元素定量分析方法研究,采用高温灰化法,加入硫酸和盐酸进行消解,并对分析方法及条件进行了优化,选择合适的分析谱线,方法回收率在95.0%~106.7%之间,相对标准偏差在0.8%~3.0%之间。实验结果表明:本方法具有准确、简单、快速的优点,适合用于石油焦中五种元素的测定。 This paper studies application of simultaneous determination of calcium,iron,sodium,nickle and vanadium in petroleum coke by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry.The sample were treated by high temperature ashing degestion,which was disolved by sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.The analysis method and testing conditions were investigated and optimization.At the same time the optimum analyzing bands were selected.The standard recovery rates are in the rang of 95.0%to 106.7%,the relative standard derivation for various elements are in the rang of 0.8%to 3.0%.The method can Simultaneous determinate 5 metal elements.It is shown that the method has the advantage of acuracy,simple and efficient.
