摘要
Gaussian软件作为专业的计算化学工具,不仅能够建立分子立体结构模型、计算分子的物理化学参数,同时还可以探索反应机理、预测反应产物、计算分子轨道和光谱特征,因此可以广泛应用在有机化学教学过程中。本文结合了具体的教学案例,对Gaussian软件在有机化学课程教学过程中的应用展开了研究。使用Gaussian软件辅助教学,不仅使得抽象复杂的理论知识变得直观形象、生动简单,同时丰富课堂教学内容,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主探索学习的能力,从而提升教学质量。
As a professional computational chemical tool,Gaussian software can not only establish a three-dimensional structure model of molecules,calculate physical and chemical parameters of molecules,but also explore the reaction mechanism,predict reaction products,calculate molecular orbital and spectral characteristics.Therefore,it can be widely used in the teaching process of organic chemistry.We combined specific teaching examples to study the application of Gaussian software in the teaching process of organic chemistry courses.Gaussian software is used to assist teaching,which not only makes abstract and complex theoretical knowledge intuitive,vivid and simple,but also enriches classroom teaching content and stimulates students’interest in learning,and cultivates students’ability to explore and learn independently,thereby improving the quality of teaching.
