摘要
硕士研究生招生考试是招收、录取研究生的基本途径,健全的研招考试制度是开展研究生教育的逻辑起点和培养国家高层次人才的关键。本文对现行硕招考试制度进行梳理,着重就其局限性进行分析,并提出了构建“国考+校考”递进式招生考试模式的政策建议,即国家统一开展评价基础能力的资格性考试“国考”,继而由学校开展以专业知识考核为主的“校考”,并对该模式进行了优劣分析,为加快推进硕士研究生教育改革发展提供了理论借鉴。
The entrance examination for postgraduate students is the basic way to recruit and enroll postgraduate students.A sound entrance examination system for postgraduate students is the logical starting point of developing postgraduate education and the key to cultivate of national high-level talents.This paper organized the current examination system,and analyzed its limitations emphatically,proposed to built a progressive model of"National Examination+School Examination"as a new test policy.The state carries out a unified qualification examination for the evaluation of basic abilities,named“National Examination”.Then,the"school examination",which focuses on the examination of professional knowledge,is carried out by the school.The advantages and disadvantages of this model were analyzed,which provided a theoretical reference for accelerating the reform and development of postgraduate education.
