摘要
文中对聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和晶型调控聚丙烯基绝缘材料(PPB)共混体系的力学性能及介电性能进行了研究,探讨了弹性体含量对材料性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜和差示扫描量热仪研究了共混物的相态结构及熔融结晶特性。结果表明,POE与基体的相容性较好,有良好的分散性,弹性体的引入对共混物的熔融及结晶特性无明显影响。通过拉伸试验和动态力学热分析说明,共混物的力学性能得到了明显改善,当POE的质量分数为40%时,断裂伸长率为632.05%,提高了约20%,弹性模量降低了50%,低温韧性也有所提高;介电频谱、交流击穿等实验表明,POE质量分数不超过40%时,该体系更大程度地维持了基体的电性能,具有潜在的工程应用价值。
The mechanical and dielectric properties of polyolefin elastomer(POE)and polypropylene-based insulation(PPB)blends were studied,and the effect of the content of elastomer on material properties was discussed.The phase structure,melting-crystallization properties of the blends were studied by SEM and DSC.The results show that POE has good compatibility and dispersibility with the matrix.The melting-crystallization properties of the blends are not significantly affected.The tensile and DMA test show that the mechanical properties of the blends are greatly improved.When the mass fraction of POE is 40%,the elongation at break is 632.05%,which is increased by about 20%,the elastic modulus is decreased by 50%,and the toughness in low-temperature is also improved.The electrical tests including dielectric spectra and AC breakdown show that when the POE mass fraction does not exceed40%,the blends maintain the electrical properties to a greater extent,and have potential engineering application prospects.
