摘要
目的分析临床药学信息管理系统用于医院抗菌药管理中的临床效果。方法回顾分析2018年2月—2021年6月于烟台市烟台山医院工作的药师48名为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各,24名。对照组对应患者59例,观察组对应患者59例。对照组采用常规管理方法,观察组采用临床药学信息管理系统进行管理。统计临床不合理用药情况,以及抗菌药物应用强度、微生物标本送检率、手术抗菌药物使用率和基础疾病抗菌药物使用率。结果观察组不合理使用率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抗菌药物应用强度、手术抗菌药物使用率和基础疾病抗菌药物使用率显著低于对照组,微生物标本送检率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药学信息管理系统用于医院抗菌药管理中能实现较好的临床效果,不合理使用情况较低,且患者对抗菌药物依赖性有所降低。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clinical pharmacy information management system used in hospital antimicrobial management.Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 pharmacists who worked in Yantaishan Hospital in Yantai City from February 2018 to June 2021 was the research object and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group corresponds to 59 patients,and the observation group corresponds to 59 patients.The control group was managed by conventional management methods,and the observation group was managed by the clinical pharmacy information management system.The clinical irrational drug use,the application intensity of antibiotics,the rate of microbial specimen submission,the use of antibiotics in surgery,and the use of antibiotics for basic diseases were counted.Results The irrational use rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application intensity of antibiotics,the usage rate of antibiotics for surgery and the usage rate of antibiotics for underlying diseases in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the rate of microbial specimens was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pharmacy information management system can achieve better clinical effect in the management of antibiotics in hospitals,the irrational use is low,and the patients'dependence on antibiotics is reduced.
