摘要
分级诊疗的建设是实现上下级医疗服务机构的医疗资源共享和信息共享的必经之路,可以提高上下级医疗机构工作的效率和服务的质量,让国内患者不再因为“看病难、看病贵”的问题而延误就医,形成"小病在基层、大病进医院、康复在基层"的就诊程序。本文从分级诊疗发展的现状、困境、优化方向等方面,对分级诊疗现有的研究成果进行了系统的梳理和综述,以展示最新的研究动态,在此基础上提出了分级诊疗中有待深入研究的领域,并进一步提出了对中国发展分级诊疗的思考。
The construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is the only way to realize the sharing of medical resources and information between medical service institutions at the lower and lower levels,which can improve the work efficiency and service quality of the upper and lower medical institutions,so that domestic patients will not delay medical treatment because of the problem of"difficult and expensive medical treatment".The purpose is to form a medical treatment procedure of"minor illness at the grassroots level,serious illness at the hospital,and rehabilitation at the grassroots level".This paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the existing research results of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment from the aspects of the current situation,dilemma and optimization direction of the development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.In order to show the latest research trends,on this basis,the areas to be further studied in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment are proposed,and further put forward thinking for the development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in China.
