职业教育与学术教育合作的新典范:德国整合大学学业的职业教育模式探析 被引量:5

New Model of Cooperation between Vocational Education and Academic Education:An Analysis of the Study-integrated Vocational Education in Germany

摘要 职业教育与学术教育的关系定位是各国教育体系发展的核心问题。鉴于劳动世界对综合能力的要求、教育体系自身优化的需求、降低个人教育选择不确定性的诉求,德国发展了一种职业教育与学术教育相耦合的教育模式:整合大学学业的职业教育模式。该模式基于职业性与学术性相融合的指导理念,搭建了职业与学术教育并举的创新框架模型,不仅实现了教育领域间的协调、平等发展,还体现了职业教育的贯通发展以及职业教育与学术教育的耦合可能,并有望成为一种双向增强职业能力与学术能力的创新模式。当前该模式依托独立高校试点探索的经验,在提升教育体系融通性、促进个体综合能力发展和发掘多主体协同育人潜力方面彰显一定的优越性,但在模式归属和渗透边界等问题上仍存争议。 The orientation of the relationship between vocational education and academic education is the core issue in the development of education system in various countries.In the context of the requirement of comprehensive ability in the labor world,the need for self-optimization of the education system,and the demand for reducing the uncertainty of individual education choices,Germany has developed a new cooperation model that is known as study-integrated vocational education.The model is based on a mixing idea of vocationalism and academism constructing an innovative framework model which provides vocational and academic education simultaneously It not only realizes the coordinated and equal development among education fields,but also shows the vertical penetration of vocational education and the feasibility of coupling vocational education with academic education Eventually it is expected to develop into an innovative mode to strengthen vocational and academic abilities at the same time.At present,this model relies on the experience of pilot exploration of independent college,demonstrating certain advantages in improving the permeability of education system,promoting the development of individual comprehensive ability and unlocking the potential of cooperation among multi-subject.However,there are still some disputes on the attribution of the model and the boundary of infiltration.
