摘要
以R医院为例,梳理了临床专科运营管理中存在的主要问题,探讨DRG背景下医院临床专科精细化运营管理的路径——坚持数字治院,联动绩效薪酬,实现闭环管理;坚持双向互动,细化预算目标,实现协同管理;坚持成本管控,优化业务流程,实现提质增效。
Taking R hospital as an example,this paper sorted out the main problems in the operation and management of clinical specialties,and discussed the path of refined operation and management of clinical specialties in hospitals in the context of DRG.We proposed to adhere to digital hospital management,link performance compensation,and realize closed-loop management.It is recommended to insist on two-way interaction,refinement of budget objectives,and collaborative management.It is necessary to adhere to cost control,optimize business processes,and achieve quality and efficiency improvement.
