摘要
提出了一种基于组态王软件对微生物发酵系统进行实时监控的方法。利用温度传感器、pH值传感器、DO溶氧传感器和MSP430芯片搭建硬件平台,现场传感器信号经过采集电路送入MSP430处理器,并进行分析处理。最后利用组态王软件开发的上位机监控系统,可对发酵过程的各类参数进行实时采集、显示、保存,满足发酵过程中的精确控制要求,从而保证发酵产品的质量。
This paper introduces a real-time monitoring method of microbial fermentation system based on kingview software.The hardware platform is built by temperature sensor,Ph sensor,DO dissolved oxygen sensor and MSP430 chip.The on-site sensor signal is sent to MSP430 processor through collecting circuit and processed.Finally,the host computer monitoring system developed by kingview software can collect,display and save all kinds of parameters in real-time,and meet the precise control requirements in fermentation process,so as to ensure the quality of fermentation products.
