摘要
退火温度的高低对再生光纤光栅的稳定性有直接影响,制作并采用普通Ⅰ型紫外非载氢光纤光栅,在不同温度下进行高温退火处理,长时间观测光栅再生现象,分析不同退火温度过程中光栅中心波长与光功率变化规律,对成功制得的再生光栅进行了性能测试,在900℃测试环境下具有良好的稳定性,绘制了标定温度与再生光栅中心波长的拟合曲线,拟合精度可达0.99953,测量精度达±5℃,实验具有研制再生光纤光栅的借鉴价值。
The annealing temperature has a direct impact on the stability of regenerated fiber grating.Ordinary type I ultraviolet non hydrogen carrying fiber grating is fabricated and used.The grating is annealed at different temperatures.The grating regeneration phenomenon is observed for a long time,and the variation laws of grating central wavelength and optical power during annealing under different conditions are analyzed.The theory that hydrogen loading is not a necessary condition for the generation of regenerated fiber grating is verified.The performance of the successfully prepared regenerated grating is tested and has good stability under the test environment of 900°C.The fitting curve between the calibration temperature and the central wavelength of the regenerated grating is drawn.The fitting accuracy can reach 0.99953 and the measurement accuracy can reach±5°C,the experiment has reference value for the development of regenerated fiber grating.
