摘要
本文结合“预防为主”的安全理念,从提高实验人员技术水平,运用信息化手段,安全管理转变为安全服务,加大安全建设投入,建设安全文化氛围五个方面,对化学公共服务检测平台安全工作综合治理提出具体策略,为提升平台的安全管理水平提供了新思路。
Combined with the safety concept of "prevention first",this paper puts forward specific strategies for the comprehensive management of the safety work of the chemical public service detection platform from five aspects:improving the technical level of laboratory personnel,using information means, transforming safety management into safety services,increasing investment in safety construction,and building a safety culture atmosphere,which provides a new idea for improving the safety management level of the platform.
