摘要 针对SMA-13型级配进行了高黏沥青混合料性能试验及在沥青薄层罩面中的应用研究,试验结果表明:在加入路特牌LT-HVA改性剂后,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青混合料的动稳定度提高了47.37%,高温稳定性能显著提升,且在低温抗裂、抗疲劳及水稳定性能方面有一定程度的提升。工程应用表明:沥青薄层罩面层采用SMA-13型高黏沥青混合料进行铺筑后,构造深度及抗滑值(BPN)较大,路面抗渗性能优异。SMA-13型SBS+HVA复合改性沥青混合料可有效延长沥青路面的使用寿命,虽一次性投资较大,但长期来看能够有效延长道路使用寿命,有效降低维修与养护成本。 This paper conducts tests to study the performance of the SMA-13 high viscosity asphalt mixture and its application in the asphalt thin overlay. The test results show that, after adding the LT-HVA modifier to SBS modified asphalt mixture, the dynamic stability is increased by 47.37%, the high-temperature stability is significantly improved, and the low-temperature crack resistance, fatigue resistance, and water stability are increased to a certain extent. The engineering application shows that, for the asphalt thin overlay paved with the SMA-13 high viscosity asphalt mixture, the structural depth and the British pendulum number(BPN) are large, and the permeability resistance is good. Although the one-time investment is large, the SMA-13 SBS + HVA composite modified asphalt mixture can effectively prolong the service life of the asphalt pavement, and reduce the maintenance cost.
