摘要
防爆场车内燃机具有在特定场所内移动使用的特点。基于此特点并结合内燃机的工作原理,分析了场车内燃机点燃源的类型及出现的工况,并对防爆场车内燃机采取的点燃危险控制措施进行了系统分析,分析表明气体环境和粉尘环境用内燃机防爆安全结构存在差异。根据点燃危险控制措施和使用环境,给出了防爆场车内燃机防爆安全检验项目,并重点分析了检验项目的检验要求,可供同行开展防爆场车内燃机防爆安全检验提供参考。
The internal combustion engine of explosion-proof field vehicle has the characteristics of mobile use in the special field.Based on the characteristics combined with the working principle of the internal combustion engine,this paper analyzes the types and operating conditions ofthe ignition sources of the internal combustion engine of explosion-proof field vehicle,systematically analyzes the ignition risk control measures of the internal combustion engine,which shows that the explosion-proof safety structures of internal combustion engines used in gas environment and dust environment are different.According to the ignition hazard control measures and working environment,the explosion-proof safety inspection items about internal combustion engine of explosion-proof field vehicle are given,and the inspection requirements of the inspection items are emphatically analyzed.It can provide reference for the explosion-proof safety inspection of internal combustion engine of explosion-proof field vehicle.
