摘要
漂浮管道会受到洪水、重力及河岸土体抗力等多种力的共同作用,在一定范围内弯曲变形,甚至发生失效断裂。因此,研究洪水中漂浮管道的受力情况,并对其进行安全评估实际意义很大。本文引用某原油管道的漂管案例,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,仿真计算分析了洪水冲击服役环境下,漂浮管道的受力状况。总结出漂浮长度与最大应力比率的关系,并应用极限理论得到漂浮管道的安全评定方法。
The floating pipeline will be subject to the combined action of flood,gravity and bank soil resistance,which will bend and deform in a certain range,even failure and fracture.Therefore,itis of great practical significance to study the stress of floating pipeline in flood and to evaluate itssafety.In this paper,afloating pipe case of a crude oil pipeline isused to simulate and analyze the stress condition of the floating pipe under the flood impact service environment with the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software.The relationship between floating length and maximum stress ratio is summarized,and the safety evaluation method of floating pipeline is obtained by applying limittheory.
