摘要
目的:探究及观察窝沟封闭及氟化泡沫联合防治龋齿的作用。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年1月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的100例体检儿童,将实施窝沟封闭干预的左侧上下第一恒磨牙作为对照组(200颗牙),实施窝沟封闭联合氟化泡沫干预的右侧上下第一恒磨牙作为观察组(200颗牙)。比较两组龋齿情况、龋面均值、牙面釉质脱矿指数、浅龋再矿化率及家属对治疗的满意度。结果:干预前,两组龋齿情况、龋面均值及牙面釉质脱矿指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后6、12个月,观察组龋齿情况、龋面均值及牙面釉质脱矿指数均优于对照组,浅龋再矿化率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属对龋齿防治效果及防治模式总满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:窝沟封闭及氟化泡沫联合防治龋齿的作用较好,且有助于浅龋再矿化,更受家属认可。
Objective:To investigate and observe the effect of pit and fissure combined with fluoride foam in prevention and treatment of dental caries.Method:A total of 100 children received physical examination in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to January 2021 were selected,the left upper and lower permanent molars with pit and fissure intervention were used as the control group(200 teeth),and the right upper and lower permanent molars with pit and fissure combined with fluoride foam intervention were used as the observation group(200 teeth).The caries status,caries average surface,enamel demineralization index,superficial caries remineralization rate and their families’satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in caries status,caries average surface and enamel demineralization index between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 and 12 months after intervention,the caries status,caries average surface and enamel demineralization index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the superficial caries remineralization rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members of the observation group on the effect and mode of dental caries prevention and treatment were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride foam in prevention and treatment of dental caries are better,and it is helpful to the superficial caries remineralization,so it is more recognized by the family members.
