摘要
恶性肿瘤的发病过程与“伏毒”隐匿、纠缠、凶戾等致病特点相似,且恶性肿瘤细胞与免疫系统相搏弈的过程与正气、伏毒之间“正气盛则毒邪伏而不出,正气虚则毒邪出而为病”的机理相同。因此认为恶性肿瘤发病的核心病机为“正虚伏毒”,文章从中医学及现代生物学两个角度分析“正虚伏毒”,阐释其理论依据。
Malignant tumors have become the main cause of death in China,yet traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in this aspect.Through clinical observations,it is found that their early incubation stage is long yet lack of specific clinical manifestations.As a consequence,they are mostly in the middle or late stages after being diagnosed,and even after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,a recurrence and metastasis will also occur,with the patients' survival period being sharply shortened.Hence,it can be seen that the pathogenesis of malignant tumors is similar to the pathogenic characteristics of"hidden toxins"such as their concealment,entanglement and viciousness,and the combat process between malignant tumor cells and the immune system is the same as the mechanism between the healthy qi and latent toxins,which specifies"when the vital qi is abundant,pathogenic toxins will be suppressed and not emerge,while when the healthy qi is deficient,pathogenic toxins will be activated and evolve into a disease.Therefore,the paper argues that the core pathogenesis of malignant tumors is the pattern of healthy qi deficiency and hidden toxins,and it analyzes the syndrome from the perspectives of traditional medicine and modern biology,explaining its theoretical basis and hoping to provide guiding ideas for its clinical treatment.
