摘要
随着我国城市规模的不断扩大及工业化水平的不断提高,污水产量也在不断增加,污水处理现已经成为一个难题。要想有效解决污水问题,就需要多建处理厂,然而要想建成一座污水处理厂并不容易,需要防范多类风险,处理多种隐患。本文运用调查法、文献法,从风险管控与隐患排查治理两方面入手,探讨如何建立与应用污水处理建设项目双重预防体系,有效提高污水处理项目建设与运行水平。
With the continuous expansion of China5s city scale and the continuous improvement of industrialization level,sewage production is also increasing,sewage treatment has become a difficult problem.In order to effectively solve the sewage problem,we need to build more factories,but it is not easy to build a sewage treatment plant,we need to prevent a variety of risks,to deal with a variety of hidden dangers.This paper uses the investigation method and the literature method,discusses how to establish and apply the sewage treatment construction system to use the dual prevention system of sewage treatment construction projects,and effectively improve the construction and operation level of sewage treatment projects.
